The “A” Team
“A” is for excellence at Associated Asphalt.
Each of our crew members is hand-picked for their experience, work ethic and dedication to excellence. That’s why Associated Asphalt is The “A” Team.
We’re a local company. We all live here, work here, play here. When you do business with us, your dollars stay in our community.
Installing driveways, roads and parking areas is both a science and an art.
The “A” Team makes sure your paved area has the proper base, drains in the right direction, is the proper depth and compaction, has clean, strong edges and a smooth finish.
Laying asphalt is one hot job…in more ways than one.
Fresh asphalt can be hotter than 300 degrees. Keeping your cool and getting the job done to the customer’s satisfaction takes know-how, focus and endurance.
The “A” Team has the right stuff to get your paving job done right.
And we clean up when we’re done.
Building a road, or paving a driveway, takes know-how and Chad, The "A" Team's leader, definitely knows how to do it. |
Excavating and grading happen before the asphalt arrives. Ryan and his crew make sure it's done right from the start. |
Getting seams to match perfectly takes a raker like Rene who has the eye, the touch and lots of stamina. |
Our paving machines are loaded with controls, large moving parts and hot asphalt. Steve understands how to talk to the beast. |
Safety, yours, ours and others, is critical on every job. Lin is one of our flaggers that makes sure everyone goes home for dinner. |
Paving is hard, heavy work, and the Brothers Anker have the "Big Guns" to prove it. Can you tell which one is older? |
Our Asphalt Plant
State of the art, just a couple years old, and operated by a highly trained and experienced professional staff, our asphalt plant is a wonder to behold.
Gravel is fed into it, superheated, separated into four sizes and stored prior to mixing. A specialized computer “talks” to th e plant, accurately mixing just the right size and amount of gravel with asphalt oil, producing a custom blended asphalt mix which exactly meets your needs.
Our plant is located north of the RDS recycling center on Labounty Rd. off Slater Rd. and just west of I-5. Stop by or give us a call at 360-671-7673 to learn more about our products and services. |
